I enjoyed our stay and the hotel and its surrounding. It was worth the money we spent
The rooms are spacious, clean, they change beddings, towels each night. The staff is great. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were descent with many options to choose from. The beach access is great and clean. There is entertainment by dance teams and other groups almost each night.
Sometimes the food seems not to be fresh. Chances of food contamination and food poisoning is easier to happen as staff and customer touch the same serving utensil without gloves. Infact, my family got food poisoning the last day of our stay and some got sick for a couple of days. I also didn't like beach vendors who are pasty and bugging hotel guest trying to sell them product or services

With a bit of upgrade it can become a very nice hotel.
The location is very good, the hotel being next to the beech. The rooms are smallish but comfortable. Food was decent.
At first, we didn't not get a triple room that we asked for. It was given to us on the second day only. I appreciate staff efforts to get it. The hotel was not too helpful with picking up from the airport. They promised for driver to wait with my name, but no one was there. The internet was really bad. Finally, the hotel needs upgrading. While rooms are nice and comfortable and white clean, bathrooms are old and need full renovation. Air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. The mattresses on beech lounge chair really dirty ...
